End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Jutt Cyber Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES in accordance with this EULA.

2. Ownership of the Software

JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES is proprietary and closed-source software.

The Software, including its source code, executable code, architecture, algorithms, interface design, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other proprietary components, is owned by or licensed to Jutt Cyber Tech.

This EULA grants you a license to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to you.

Where required, applicable third-party license notices may be provided with the Software.

7. Offline Operation and Privacy

JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES is designed to operate primarily as an offline application. Where the Software operates without an internet connection:

• Your video files remain on your device.
• Your project files remain on your device.
• Your imported media remains on your device.

Jutt Cyber Tech does not intentionally collect or transmit your creative content. Jutt Cyber Tech does not intentionally collect personal information through the offline editing functionality.

Certain optional features, updates, integrations, or external services may require an internet connection if introduced in the future. The Software's privacy practices are subject to the functionality actually provided in the version you use.

8. AI Features

If JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES provides artificial intelligence or machine-learning features, outputs generated by those features may vary and may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before using, publishing, or distributing them.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated or AI-assisted content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services or models involved.

Jutt Cyber Tech does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, error-free, or free from third-party rights claims.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

JUTT CYBER TECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JUTT CYBER TECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL:

• Always operate without interruption;
• Be completely error-free;
• Work with every device or hardware configuration;
• Produce a particular result;
• Prevent all loss or corruption of project files;
• Meet every individual requirement of the User.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your projects, media, and exported files.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUTT CYBER TECH AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

LOSS OF DATA • LOSS OF PROJECTS • LOSS OF PROFITS • LOSS OF BUSINESS • LOSS OF REVENUE • LOSS OF CONTENT • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION • DEVICE OR SYSTEM FAILURE

NOTHING IN THIS EULA EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Jutt Cyber Tech may terminate this license if you materially violate this EULA.

Upon termination, you must:

• Stop using the Software.
• Uninstall the Software.
• Delete unauthorized copies of the Software in your possession or control.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable legal provisions.

13. Copyright and Trademarks

JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES JES, Jutt Cyber Tech, associated logos, names, designs, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Jutt Cyber Tech's trademarks, logos, or branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Software to intentionally facilitate unlawful activities or to violate applicable laws. You remain responsible for your use of the Software and for the content you create, edit, export, publish, or distribute.

15. Exports and Media Files

JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES provides tools for creating and exporting media. The User is responsible for:

• Selecting appropriate export settings;
• Maintaining backups;
• Checking exported files;
• Ensuring that exported content complies with applicable laws;
• Ensuring that third-party media is properly licensed.

Jutt Cyber Tech does not guarantee compatibility with every existing or future media format, codec, device, or platform.

16. Governing Law

This EULA shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Jutt Cyber Tech is legally established, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jutt Cyber Tech regarding your use of JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES and supersedes prior agreements concerning the same subject matter, except where separate written terms expressly apply.
