This Intellectual Property & Trademark Policy governs all intellectual property, trademarks, brand assets, trade secrets, software code, graphic designs, logos, and proprietary algorithms associated with Jutt Cyber Tech™ and the desktop software application known as JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES™ (collectively referred to as "The Software" or "The Products").

Primary corporate trademark, brand name, corporate identity, and insignia.
JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES™
Product brand, software title, desktop suite name, and acronym (JES).
Logos & Visual Emblems
The geometric Jutt Cyber Tech eagle/shield emblem and JES software application icon.
Feature Branding & Slogans
Proprietary feature badges including "Smart Delogo Watermark Remover" and "Zero-Latency GPU Engine".
Nothing contained on this website or within the application should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the express prior written permission of Jutt Cyber Tech™.
Software Code, Architecture & Copyrights
All compiled binaries, application packages (.msix, .exe, .dll), underlying application codebase, user interface graphics, layout themes, custom shaders, and algorithms are copyrighted works under international copyright treaties and domestic IP laws.
- Proprietary Closed-Source Components: The UI orchestrator, state management architecture, AI model pipeline integration, and GPU acceleration bridging layers are strictly closed-source and confidential.
- User Interface Assets: The cyberpunk dark mode aesthetics, iconography, button designs, timeline canvas rendering, and layout schematics are proprietary works of authorship.

What You May Do (Permitted)
- Use the official name "JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES" in product reviews, tutorials, press articles, and YouTube showcases.
- Display unmodified screenshots or recordings of the software in educational, journalistic, or video creation contexts.
- Provide direct links to the official Microsoft Store listing or

What You Cannot Do (Prohibited)
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any application binary.
- Repackage, rebrand, mirror, or redistribute the software on third-party stores without explicit authorization.
- Use the Jutt Cyber Tech™ name or logos to imply false endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
- Alter, distort, stretch, or recolor the official logos or application icons.
Open Source & Third-Party Attributions
JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES proudly interfaces with open-source technologies in full compliance with their respective licenses (such as FFmpeg under LGPL/GPL, OpenAI Whisper models, and relevant runtime frameworks). All third-party trademarks (such as Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Linux, NVENC, NVIDIA, AMD) remain the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for compatibility identification.
